I’m Michael—founder of Luméa and a coach for people standing at the edge of change.

For over 15 years, I worked inside some of the most structured environments you can imagine—compliance, finance, and corporate law. I knew the rules, followed the playbook, and helped others do the same. But eventually, I began to feel the tension: between productivity and purpose, between the role I played and the person I was becoming.

That tension didn’t break me—it redirected me. Coaching became the doorway.

Now, I help people in moments of transition—career pivots, creative restarts, personal reboots—navigate the space between what was and what’s next. My work blends structure and soul: a narrative approach backed by neuroscience, deep listening, and the pioneering tools we're building at Luméa. We use a blend of human-centered coaching and our proprietary AI to make the unseen patterns in your story visible, turning abstract feelings into actionable insights.

I’m currently completing my certification as a Narrative Coach Practitioner and pursuing ICF credentials. I also bring a background in psychology and law, which means I care deeply about both the ethical frameworks for new technology and the inner workings of the human mind.

Luméa is the synthesis of these passions. It was born from a central question: What if we could use the rigor of data science to understand the messy, beautiful complexity of free-form narrative? This platform is my answer—a tool designed at the intersection of introspection and innovation, built to help you find clarity not just through reflection, but through revelation.

Outside of coaching, I’m curious about everything from consciousness studies to AI, to outer space. I’m fascinated by the places where innovation and introspection meet—where data gives way to insight, and insight gives way to change.
